What is Drop Ship?
Drop Ship is an order fulfillment method where we can supply products we may not currently hold in-store.
Instead of an item being sent from our store in Tasmania, the item would be sent directly to you from the supplier.
As a result, we can have more products readily available for you!
How come I am being charged a greater amount of postage for my order?
Some suppliers who have have offered our customers a "drop ship" service, will come direct from the supplier and not our store in Tasmania.
In these instances, there will be a separate freight charge as there will be multiple deliveries.
How do I track a Drop Ship order?
Tracking will be provided for all orders, including those being sent directly from a supplier.
You will be sent an email or SMS once your order is dispatched, so you can see where your order is at all times.
Will this effect Click and Collect?
Yes, it will.
If you have selected items which are currently held in-store and are also Drop Shipped, you will only be able to select Shipping for your order.
However, if you wanted to pick up some of your order in-store - you can process a separate order by only selecting the items you would like to pick up in-store that are available for Local Pickup (eg, Any products that are available 'In Store').

If you would like your Drop Ship order to be sent via Express Post, please submit your order before 11:00am (AEST) so that we can ensure there is enough time for your order to be packed and ready for shipping.
Any orders placed after 11:00am (AEST) cannot be guaranteed Express Post and may be dispatched the following business day.
