How much does shipping cost?
Our Standard Shipping Service is charged at a flat rate of $15.00 AUD. We also offer Express Post Service at $20.00.
How come I am being charged multiple amounts of postage for my order?
Some suppliers have offered our customers a "drop ship" service, meaning some goods you have ordered will come direct from the supplier and not our store in Tasmania. In these instances, there will be a separate freight charge as there will be multiple deliveries. (Eg. Knife Shop Australia)
How long will my order take to arrive?
Delivery times have been impacted severely for any orders being sent outside of Tasmania. Please allow up to (2) weeks for your order to arrive.
Important Information Regarding Express Post Parcel Deliveries (Outside Tasmania)
Statement from Australia Post (16/4/2020):
Express Post is still available and remains the fastest way to get mail from A to B. But current operating constraints mean we can’t guarantee next-business-day delivery at the moment.
We’re doing everything possible to deliver items quickly and will reinstate our next-business-day guarantee as soon as we can.

This change is necessary because of:
- new COVID-19 workplace health and safety requirements
- record parcel volumes
- fewer passenger flights (which we usually rely upon to carry many of our parcels)

Will COVID-19 impact the delivery of my order?
In short, yes.
Please expect a delay in the processing and delivery of your order due to the impact of COVID-19 on both our couriers and our store.
No matter where you buy your products from, or who you shop online with, you will experience a delay in receiving your order at the moment. This is because all warehouses and postal networks globally have had to implement strict safety policies which slows down the dispatch process. On top of that, postal services are experiencing unprecedented volumes through their networks which further adds to the delay. It’s unavoidable and there is nothing we can do to speed it up. Please bear with us as we navigate safely through this crazy time, and know that our customer service and warehouse teams and your local shipping courier are working as hard, fast and safe as they can to get your order on its way to you.
Currently our online team are not delayed in processing orders, however you can expect delays of up to 2 weeks from the time you receive your shipping confirmation email from us if you chose standard delivery at checkout. The Australia Post express network is also slightly impacted, so please allow up to a week to receive your order from the date you receive your shipping information.
