Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase! If for any reason you're not satisfied, please review our returns and exchanges policy below:

1. Timeframe for Returns & Exchanges

  • Our return/exchange policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase.
  • After 30 days, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange for change of mind purchases.

2. Eligibility for Return or Exchange

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you purchased it.
  • The item must be in its original packaging with any product tags still attached.
  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

3. Exemptions

Certain items cannot be returned or exchanged, including (but not limited to):

  • Food
  • Knives & Blades
  • Drinkware & Bottles
  • Cookware

4. Partial Refunds

In some cases, only a partial refund may be granted:

  • Items not in their original condition
  • Items damaged or missing parts not due to our error
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

5. Refunds (if applicable)

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to confirm receipt and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment.

6. Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received your refund:

  • Check your bank account again.
  • Contact your credit card company—refunds may take some time to appear.
  • Contact your bank, as there may be a delay in processing.
  • If you've done all of the above and still haven’t received your refund, contact us at sales@sportshut.com.au.

7. Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please:

  • Email us at sales@sportshut.com.au
  • Return the item to:

8. Return Address

To return your product, send it to:

Alternatively, you can return your item(s) in-store at the same address. Please do not send returns directly to the manufacturer.

9. Shipping Costs

  • You will be responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.
  • If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • The time it takes for exchanged products to reach you may vary depending on your location.

10. Shipping Insurance

If you are returning an item valued over $75, we recommend using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item and may request proof of delivery.
