Apply Jack Daniel’s® Chicken Rub liberally, but evenly to any cut of poultry until the entire surface is coated. Immediately place onto a prepared grill or smoker. Cooking times and temperatures vary based on the size of meat. Always make sure the item is cooked all the way through reaching an internal temperature of 74° C before serving.
