Joker Oso TS1 Knife CM-140

The OSO (Bear) is a larger style skinning and utility. It can really complete almost any task thrown at it when it comes to meat preparation. It has a fairly deep belly and is hollow ground, suitable for skinning as well as a long cutting edge and thick spine which is excellent for meat preparation. This model OSO comprises BOHLER N695 steel (58-60HRC) providing for great edge retention.
