Outdoor Magic Sheoak Smoking Sawdust is ideal for use in a fish smoker. Burning with less intensity than chips or chunks, Sheoak Smoking Sawdust provides a heavy smokey flavour addition to a range of meats including fish, red meat, pork and poultry.
Smoking Sawdust burns slower however provides less heat than standard smoking chips meaning for a stronger flavour or higher heat it will need to be replenished more often.
