Stampede Fibrous Salami Casings 43mm (20 Pack) – fibrous sausage casings supplied as 20 × 500mm lengths, each with an approximate fill of 700–800g. A widely used size for cacciatore and other traditional salami styles.

Stampede Fibrous Salami Casings 43mm are commonly used in the production of traditional salami, including cacciatore-style salami, where a consistent diameter and stable casing structure are required throughout fermentation and drying.

Each pack contains 20 fibrous casings, supplied in lengths of approximately 500mm. Each casing holds around 700–800g of meat, depending on the recipe and fill density. Fibrous casings are designed to hold their shape during curing and assist with even drying over time.  Fibrous casings are non-edible and are removed prior to consumption.
